Klepsa Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Klepsa. Because our products are custom-printed specifically for you at the time of your order, our shipping process differs from traditional retail. Please review the details below.
1. Processing & Fulfillment Time
All Klepsa products are made-to-order.

Fulfillment: It typically takes 2–7 business days to print and package your items before they are shipped.

Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-demand periods, fulfillment may take slightly longer.

Note: Fulfillment time is in addition to shipping transit time.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location.

Standard Shipping: Usually 3–7 business days after fulfillment for domestic orders.

International Shipping: Can take 10–30 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Please note: All delivery dates are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
3. Separate Shipments
Klepsa works with a network of global print providers to ensure you get the best quality for each specific item.

If you order different types of products (e.g., a t-shirt and a hoodie), they may be printed at different facilities.

In these cases, your items will arrive in separate packages and may arrive at different times. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each package.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders (including orders shipped to Canada from U.S. fulfillment centers):

Klepsa is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. * All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.
6. Wrong Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to the print facility due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

Klepsa cannot offer refunds for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
Klepsa is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want you to love your gear.

If you received your order damaged, please contact us at klepsashop@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Requirement: You must include clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging to initiate a claim for a replacement.
