Klepsa Return & Refund Policy

At Klepsa, every item is custom-printed and unique to your order. Because we do not hold inventory and each piece is manufactured on demand, we have a specific set of guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect (e.g., a hole in the garment, a significant printing error, or the wrong item entirely), we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

  • Reporting Window: You must report the issue within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Evidence Required: We do not require you to mail the item back. To initiate a claim, please email klepsashop@gmail.com with:

    1. Your Order Number.

    2. A clear photo of the damaged/defective product.

    3. A brief description of the issue.

2. Sizing and "Change of Mind"

Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Incorrect Size Selection: Please refer to the sizing charts provided on each product page before completing your purchase.

  • Buyer’s Remorse: We do not accept returns if you simply changed your mind or no longer want the design.

  • Color Variance: Minor differences in color saturation or brightness compared to your digital screen are normal for print-on-demand products and are not considered defects.

3. Incorrect Shipping Address

If a package is returned to our production facility because the address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. If you choose not to have the item reshipped, we cannot offer a refund as the item was custom-produced for you.

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved for a defective item, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the entire order was defective or lost.

5. Cancellations

Orders are sent to our production partners almost immediately to ensure the fastest delivery. Once an order has entered the "In Production" phase, we can no longer cancel or modify it. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour of placement, though we cannot guarantee a cancellation will be possible.
